A. There are 3 easy ways you can book your demonstration: fill in the online form, email info@forcemantech.com or call us on our free phone number +381 65 8085 453. You can then choose to have a face-to-face appointment with one of our consultants or (if you’re short of time) they can show you the system over Skype via a screen sharing session.
A. As soon as you become our customer, you’ll be allocated your own Account Manager who will get to know you and your setting personally. They’ll be your first point of contact should you have any questions regarding Forceman Commander. You can email or telephone directly (24/7). Alternatively, you contact them during business hours (08-16h) via Skype, Monday to Friday. Finally, if required, you can organise a site visit with your Account Manager.
A. Due to the initial data transfer and the fact that each system is customized for your setting and needs, it takes on average 30-45 days to set up (from the point you place your order). However, we’ll always work closely with you and do our best to deliver the software in a time frame which suits you.
A. We will give you and your staff members as much support as you need in order to feel comfortable using Forceman Commander. Training will be held at your site as soon as database setup and data transfer is completed. Training will last between two to four days depending on the number of users. Every aspect of the software will be covered using actual data. As part of the training, the benefits for operators, team leaders, managers, etc. will be demonstarted.
